Randomly dumping rubbish or 'Fly Tipping' as it's known in the UK is quite a problem, thankfully though, it generally is not too bad in my neck of the woods.

I hope it doesn't cost you to dispose of it Tim. How horrible. Fly tipping is a real problem and if it is not classed as anti-social behaviour it should be. We lived in an area where dunping old furniture became quite common. It was unsightly and upsetting.. Perhaps you should look for your fly tippers in the gym - they must have muscles to get it over that fence!!
