The Eagle coach range was the mainstay of the Continental Trailways (later Trailways) affiliated fleets which plied the network of scheduled services in the USA and a major competitor to Greyhound.

The partially faded annual vehicle inspection label number 6746791 showed part of the VIN number …DN6815.80..027 (Could have been a ‘5’ after the 80 then either a ‘D’ or ‘O’ in front of the 027).
