Latvia: Riga. The yellow building shows the eastern façade of Jacob's Barracks (Jēkaba Kazarmas), which displays the coat of arms of Latvian parishes. Today, the barracks have been converted into trendy shops and restaurants, and the yellow façade has been "vandalized" with a bank publicity. The red building is a Radisson hotel. I took this photo on the fly from the deck of a tourist tour bus in 2019.
