Silver gelatin 4 x 5 negative. Carestream Xray film. Sinar F 4 x 5 Camera. F 5.6 Sironar-N 150 mm F 5.6 Lense. 12 sec second exposure Developed in Ilford ID - 11 This is on our driveway in the late afternoon light..and another attempt to express what the land and its beasts mean to me......

there's a funny story behind that.......being an old blind man...well feeling like one.....the veiwewr on the Sinar helps me see the ground glass easily....unless I get. box to stand on, I have to have it low to see in. I hope to make a shade that will fit the back......I can also throw a shade cloth over....but seem to have not even thought of that this day.......just as well...I like that low POV too.......

I have a black cloth I throw over my head. It has coins sewn in the corners. It came in some box of camera parts I got on craigslist years ago. Always have to take my glasses off to peer through a loup. Then I can never find my glasses. Last time it happened my daughter helpfully pointed out I'd parked them on top of my head.

:-) I can so relate to this..........thanks for sharing your humanity with the dark cloth...and I dunno how many times I have done the look for the glasses and they are on my head trick.......appreciate this connection.
