Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away Gum 15

Gum15

A small target in a huge area the vela super nova

Gum Wide Field

I have approached this as If I have never done it before and went with the data I had as this part of the sky has very little Oiii I shot Ha and Sii and combined HaSS.

This new camera has once again brought this target to life. As HaSS at 160 shots per filter combined is some 40 hours of data. Once again at the end of the night I went to next target to get rotation right, 76 degrees clock wise cause of my marking I got it in one rotation.

Steve Paxton replied to TOZ:

It nice to be getting longer nights so you can get more images its lucky most of the work is done while I sleep... . The filters and the camera make a good choice. Many thanks I know its going to be a cloudy one.....
